超声引导下乳腺微创手术围手术期的护理方法和要点解析

摘要	分析研究超声引导下乳腺微创手术的护理方法和要点。方法参与到此次研究的对象为本院在2020年1月-2021年1月期间收治的64例乳房肿块患者。上述患者均采取超声引导下乳腺微创手术治疗，并施行围手术期护理干预。分析患者护理效果及护理要点。结果 64例乳房肿块患者通过超声引导下乳腺微创手术并采取围手术期护理干预后，其术后出血量较低，疼痛评分平均为（1.23±0.35）分，仅有3例患者出现术后切口出血，未产生严重并发症。所有患者均康复出院。结论超声引导下乳腺微创手术治疗中的护理要点在于降低并发症产生，缓解患者的疼痛，以及促进患者恢复，通过围手术期护理干预，可获得较好的护理效果。
Abstract	Objective To analyze and study the nursing methods and key points of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast surgery. Methods 64 patients with breast lumps admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were enrolled in this study. All of these patients were treated by ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast surgery and nursing intervention during perioperative period. Analysis patient nursing effect and nursing key points. Results 64 patients with breast mass underwent ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast surgery and perioperative nursing intervention, the postoperative bleeding was low, the average pain score was (1.23±0.35) points, only 3 patients with postoperative incision bleeding, no serious complications. All patients recovered and were discharged. Conclusion The key point of nursing in ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast surgery is to reduce complications, relieve patients pain, and promote patients recovery. Through perioperative nursing intervention, better nursing effect can be obtained.
