Objective To analyze and study the effect of humanized nursing in non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy for patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods: Fifty-four research subjects were selected from patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder who were admitted from February 2020 to February 2021. In order to meet the needs of this study, the random number table method was used for grouping. One group was set as the control group, the nursing method implemented in this group was routine nursing, and the other group was set as the experimental group, and the nursing method implemented in this group was humanized nursing. 27 cases in each group. In order to verify the effect of humanized nursing in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder without convulsive electroconvulsive therapy, the Yale-Brown score, the incidence of memory decline, anxiety and depression scores and nursing satisfaction were evaluated in this study. Results: The Yale-Brown scores of the experimental group and the control group were compared, and the difference between the two groups before nursing could not meet the same statistical significance (P>0.05). After nursing, the experimental group was lower (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the incidence of memory loss in the experimental group was lower (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were compared with those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups before nursing could not meet the same statistical significance (P>0.05). After nursing, the experimental group was lower (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was compared with that of the control group, and the experimental group was relatively higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: Humanized nursing in the non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder can improve the symptoms related to obsessive-compulsive disorder, reduce the occurrence of memory loss, and eliminate their negative emotions, thereby improving the nursing satisfaction of patients. . From this point of view, humanized nursing is of great significance in the non-convulsive electroconvulsive treatment of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
