摘要	讨论研究在ICU一次性医用耗材管理中开展规范化管理工作的价值作用。方法对ICU一次性医用耗材管理工作中存在的问题与不足进行分析，运用临床观察，强化思想教育以及出入库方面、功能布局方面、简洁化方面、清晰化方面、模板记账方面、加强质量控制等多方面管理工作。结果 ICU一次性医用耗材整体管理规范性得到提升。结论将规范化管理模式运用到ICU一次性医用耗材管理工作中，可减轻医务人员工作负担，将医疗成本控制在合理范围，减少科室经济损失，减少医患矛盾。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the value of standardized management in the management of disposable medical consumables in ICU. Methods the problems and deficiencies in the management of disposable medical consumables in ICU were analyzed, and clinical observation was used to strengthen ideological education, as well as in and out of the warehouse, functional layout, simplification, clarity, template bookkeeping, and quality control. Results the overall management standardization of disposable medical consumables in ICU was improved. Conclusion applying the standardized management mode to the management of disposable medical consumables in ICU can reduce the workload of medical staff, control the medical cost within a reasonable range, reduce the economic losses of departments, and reduce the contradictions between doctors and patients.
