情志护理联合常规护理在小儿发热中的护理效果

摘要	探索小儿发热患儿接受情志护理联合常规护理的效果。方法从2020年1月-2022年1月因发热入院的患儿内选择76例实验，依据护理形式分组，各组患儿38例。对照组患儿实施常规护理，实验组患儿实施情志护理，对比相关指标。结果实验组患儿症状缓解时间短于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组家属满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组依从性高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对小儿发热患儿实施常规护理的基础上开展情志护理，可以缓解患儿的症状，提高依从性，满足家属的需求。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of emotional nursing combined with routine nursing on children with fever. Methods from January 2020 to January 2022, 76 children with fever were selected for the experiment. According to the nursing form, 38 children in each group were divided into groups. The children in the control group were given routine nursing, and the children in the experimental group were given emotional nursing, and the relevant indexes were compared. Results the time of symptom relief in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of family members in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusionss emotional nursing on the basis of routine nursing can alleviate the symptoms of children with fever, improve compliance and meet the needs of family members.
