Objective: To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with hypertension. Methods: the study period was from March 2021 to may 2022. A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into the study group (high-quality nursing) and the control group (general nursing), with 30 people in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: in the study group, the basic signs were more stable, the bleeding volume in each stage was less, and the postpartum bleeding stopped faster (P<0.05); Before the intervention, there was little difference in the scores of negative emotions and satisfaction between the two groups. After the intervention, the scores of satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher, and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower; Before the intervention, the quality of life of the two groups was poor. After the intervention, the emotional, physiological and physical functions and overall health scores of the study group were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of high-quality nursing to pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension can maintain the stability of the patients vital signs after delivery, reduce the bleeding volume in 24 hours after delivery, and improve the postpartum depression.
