| 摘要 |
讨论研究在ICU危重症经皮扩张气管切开术患者中开展综合护理工作的价值作用。方法 将2021年9月到2022年6月期间院内的50例ICU危重症经皮扩张气管切开术患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（接受常规基础护理）、观察组（接受常规基础护理联合综合护理），对比两组护理效果情况。结果 观察组临床护理效果各项数据信息明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论 在ICU危重症经皮扩张气管切开术患者中开展综合护理工作，具有较好效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss and study the value and role of comprehensive nursing in critically ill patients undergoing percutaneous dilation tracheotomy in ICU. Methods: From September 2021 to June 2022, 50 ICU critically ill patients undergoing percutaneous dilated tracheotomy were included in the study. They were randomly divided into control group (receiving routine basic nursing) and observation group (receiving routine basic nursing combined with comprehensive nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the clinical nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: it is effective to carry out comprehensive nursing in critically ill patients undergoing percutaneous dilation tracheotomy in ICU.
