Objective To explore the effect and clinical value of high-quality nursing intervention on the formation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients after laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods The number of cases in this study was 50, all of which were from patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022. All patients were blindly selected and grouped during the study period. , the research group received high-quality nursing intervention, and the control group received routine postoperative nursing intervention. During the nursing period, the rates of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremity of the two groups of patients were counted, and the research data were compared between the groups. Results The lower extremity deep vein thrombosis rate in the control group was 20.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the study group (4.00%). Conclusion Implementing high-quality nursing intervention for patients after laparoscopic total hysterectomy can effectively reduce the formation of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities, improve the quality of life and clinical nursing effect of patients, and has reference significance for other nursing work, which is worthy of promotion and recommendation.
