Objective To explore and analyze the effect of implementing "O2O dual-track" management mode in the prevention of VTE in hospital early warning nursing professional group. Methods From January 2021 to January 2022, a total of 80 cases of related nursing staff and 120 cases of orthopedic inpatients in our hospital were selected as the object of this study. From January 2021 to June 2021, 40 related caregivers and 60 orthopedic inpatients were enrolled as the control group. 40 related nursing staff and 60 orthopedic inpatients from June 2021 to January 2022 were included in the observation group. The observation group adopted O2O dual-track management mode intervention; The control group used conventional management mode for intervention. The knowledge mastery of the control group and the observation group and the incidence of VTE in 120 orthopedic inpatients during the study period were compared and analyzed. Results After management intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of knowledge mastery and the incidence of VTE in 120 orthopedic inpatients during the study period (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Adopting the "O2O dual-track" management mode for hospital related medical staff can effectively improve their knowledge of thrombosis and reduce the incidence of VTE in patients, which has excellent effect in practical application and is worthy of promotion and application.
