摘要	肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter,PICC）成为辅助的优选方式贯穿整个治疗。导管置管期间需要频繁更换敷料，导致患者皮肤局部发生医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤（Medical Adhesive-Pelated Skin Injury,MARSI）风险极高。本文针对肿瘤患者 PICC 留置期间发生医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤的影响因素及防护措施等方面，进行综述，为临床降低医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤发生率，提高深静脉治疗安全品质提供参考。
Abstract	peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) is the best way to assist tumor patients throughout the treatment. Frequent dressing changes are required during catheterization, resulting in a high risk of local medical adhesive skin injury (MARSI). In this paper, the influencing factors and protective measures of medical viscose related skin injury during the period of PICC retention in tumor patients were reviewed to provide reference for reducing the incidence of medical viscose related skin injury and improving the safety and quality of deep vein treatment.
