整体护理干预在脑出血患者围术期护理中的应用效果观察

摘要	分析整体护理干预在脑出血患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月－2021年10月我院收治的60例脑出血患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组30例，对照组行基础护理，研究组行整体护理干预，对比两组并发症发生率、生活质量、护理满意度。结果研究组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组；生活质量评分高于对照组；护理依从性高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论脑出血患者在围术期实施整体护理干预效果显著，可降低患者并发症发生率，提高患者的生活质量，促使护理满意度提高。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention in perioperative nursing of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 60 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received basic nursing and the study group received overall nursing intervention. The incidence of complications, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group; The quality of life score was higher than that of the control group; The nursing compliance was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of holistic nursing intervention in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage during perioperative period is significant, which can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
