Objective To analyze the application of multidisciplinary cooperative nursing in arteriovenous fistula in patients with end-stage renal disease and its influence on self-care ability and postoperative complications. Methods: 60 patients with end-stage renal disease who underwent arteriovenous fistula in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation objects, and multidisciplinary assisted nursing was implemented to analyze the nursing effect. Results: From the perspective of self-care ability score, the scores of self-care skills, self responsibility, self-concept and health knowledge level of patients after nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications: among the 60 patients, 2 patients had thrombosis, 1 patient had infection, no hematoma and internal fistula occlusion. The total number of complications was 3, and the incidence of complications was 5.00%(3/60);In terms of nursing satisfaction, among the 60 patients, 38 were very satisfied, 20 were generally satisfied and 2 were dissatisfied. The total number of satisfied patients was 58, and the satisfaction was 96.67%(58/60). Conclusion: The value of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing arteriovenous fistula is high and worthy of popularization.
