摘要	前列腺癌患者在接受根治术后使用早期康复护理，对防治患者出现术后尿失禁的临床效果。方法将2021年6月到2022年2月在我院接受前列腺癌根治术治疗的前列腺癌患者为对象，共选取40例，分别将常规护理和早期康复护理应用于2组患者中，观察差异。结果（1）两组患者尿失禁的概率以及尿失禁的持续时间均更小（p＜0.05）；（2）两组患者在护理满意度上有明显的差异，研究组更加满意（p＜0.05）；（3）研究组有效率大于对照组患者，存在统计意义。结论对前列腺癌根治术治疗的患者，在治疗期间使用早期康复护理可以有效改善患者发生尿失禁的情况，护理效果更满意，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective The clinical effect of prostate cancer patients by using early rehabilitation care after radical treatment of postoperative urinary incontinence. Methods: A total of 40 prostate cancer patients treated by radical prostate cancer in our hospital from June 2021 to February 2022 were selected, and routine care and early rehabilitation care were applied to the two groups of patients to observe the difference. Results: (1) the probability of incontinence and duration of incontinence in the two groups were smaller (＜0.05）.(2) There were significant differences in nursing satisfaction between the two groups, and the study group was more satisfied (p＜0.05）.(3) The response rate of the study group was greater than that of the control group of patients, which had statistical significance. Conclusion: For patients treated by radical prostate cancer, using early rehabilitation care during the treatment can effectively improve the situation of urinary incontinence, and the nursing effect is more satisfactory and worth popularizing.
