家庭访视护理对社区老年高血压病人服药依从性的影响

摘要	分析探讨家庭访视护理对社区老年高血压病人服药依从性的影响。方法选取社区2020年-2021年诊治老年高血压患者80例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用家庭访视护理，将两组患者护理前后的血压水平、护理后的生活质量以及患者服药依从性进行比较。结果两组患者护理前的血压水平比较无明显差异（P＞0.05），观察组患者护理后的血压水平改善情况明显优于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者生活质量优于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的服药依从性高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用家庭访视护理社区老年高血压病人可以有效改善患者血压水平，提高患者服药依从性，对患者身体健康有积极影响，值得广泛推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective to analyze and explore the effect of family visit nursing on medication compliance of elderly patients with hypertension in community. Methods: 80 elderly patients with hypertension diagnosed and treated in the community from 2020 to 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the observation group received family visit nursing. The blood pressure level, quality of life after nursing and medication compliance of the two groups were compared. Results: there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). The improvement of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after nursing (P < 0.05); The quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The medication compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: family visit nursing care for elderly patients with hypertension in community can effectively improve the blood pressure level of patients, improve the medication compliance of patients, and have a positive impact on the health of patients, which is worthy of wide promotion and application.
