情景模拟训练在消化科护士分层培训中的应用效果

摘要	浅析在消化科护士分层培训中情景模拟训练的应用应用效果。方法研究在26名消化科护士中展开，2021年6月-2022年6月进行分层培训，2021年度行常规训练，2022年度行情景模拟训练，对比培训效果。结果消化科护士情景模拟培训后操作技能和专科理论考核成绩高于培训前，总体满意率高于培训前，统计学意义成立（P＜0.05）。结论在消化科护士分层培训中情景模拟训练有着良好的应用效果，值得全方位推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application effect of situational simulation training in stratified training of gastroenterology nurses. Methods The research was carried out among 26 nurses in the gastroenterology department. From June 2021 to June 2022, stratified training was conducted, routine training was conducted in 2021, and scenario simulation training was conducted in 2022, and the training effects were compared. Results The operation skills and specialist theory assessment scores of the nurses in the gastroenterology department after the scenario simulation training were higher than those before the training, and the overall satisfaction rate was higher than that before the training, and the statistical significance was established (P<0.05). Conclusion Scenario simulation training has a good application effect in the hierarchical training of gastroenterology nurses, and it is worthy of all-round promotion.
