摘要	探讨ISBAR沟通工具联合医护查房单在急危重症患者中的应用。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年1月100例急危重症患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，研究组实施ISBAR沟通工具联合医护查房单。比较效果。结果研究组护理满意度高于对照组，住院平均时间、住院医疗费用低于对照组，护理纠纷发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论急危重症患者实施ISBAR沟通工具联合医护查房单效果确切。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application of ISBAR communication tool combined with medical ward round list in critically ill patients. Methods 100 critically ill patients in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the research group was given ISBAR communication tool combined with medical ward rounds. Compare effects. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the average length of hospital stay, hospitalization medical expenses were lower than those of the control group, and the incidence of nursing disputes was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of ISBAR communication tool combined with medical ward round list in critically ill patients is effective.
