摘要
国能神皖马鞍山发电有限责任公司运营4台33万千瓦等级火电机组,总装机容量1320MW。其中,一期工程(#1、2机组)、二期扩建工程分别投运26年、15年后,由于运行条件发生了变化,电厂变电站及开关站存在着设备发热的问题,必须妥善处理。本文通过对变电站及开关站运行设备的发热现象进行分析,并探究导致电厂变电站及开关站运行设备发热的根本原则,提出建议和对策,有力促进电力企业安全稳定可持续性发展。
Abstract
Guoneng Shenwan Maanshan Power Generation Co., Ltd. operates four 330,000-kilowatt thermal power units with a total installed capacity of 1,320MW. Among them, 26 and 15 years after the first-phase project (units #1 and 2) and the second-phase expansion project were put into operation respectively, due to changes in operating conditions, the power plant substation and switch station had equipment heating problems, which must be properly handled. This paper analyzes the heating phenomenon of operating equipment in substations and switching stations, explores the fundamental principles that lead to heating of operating equipment in substations and switching stations in power plants, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to effectively promote the safe, stable and sustainable development of power companies.
