20例慢性肾功能衰竭并发脑出血的护理体会

摘要	分析20例慢性肾功能衰竭并发脑出血的护理体会。方法回顾性分析20例脑出血病案，针对此类患者护理期间神经功能（NIHSS）改善情况，以及患病后护理干预对其焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）的影响做详细阐述。结果 20例慢性肾功能衰竭并发脑出血患者，护理干预后其NIHSS（9.53±2.06）分，SAS（33.54±4.35）分，SDS（38.48±5.22）分，临床实行有效的护理干预后，患者病症相关评分改善明显。结论慢性肾功能衰竭并发脑出血患者需要及时进行救治护理，避免引发死亡等危险事件的发生，且有效的护理干预措施能改善患者神经功能恢复，缓解其负面情绪，使其积极配合治疗。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the nursing experience of 20 cases of chronic renal failure complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The nursing of 20 patients with depression (SAS) during and after SAS were analyzed in detail. Results: after nursing intervention, the NIHSS (9.53 ± 2.06), SAS (33.54 ± 4.35) and SDS (38.48 ± 5.22) scores of 20 patients with chronic renal failure complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage were significantly improved after effective nursing intervention. Conclusion: Patients with chronic renal failure complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage need timely treatment and nursing to avoid the occurrence of dangerous events such as death, and effective nursing intervention measures can improve the recovery of patients neurological function, alleviate their negative emotions and make them actively cooperate with the treatment.
