药学服务干预用于 2 型糖尿病合并高血压的分析

摘要	分析药学服务干预用于 2 型糖尿病合并高血压治疗的价值。方法选择我院 2021 年 1 月 -2022 年 1 月 2 型糖尿病合并高血压患者共 70 例，数字表随机分 2 组每组 35 例，对照组的患者给予常规药物治疗，观察组在该基础上增加药学服务干预。比较两组治疗前后患者血糖、血压、总有效率、正确用药和依从用药的比例、副作用。结果观察组治疗后患者血糖、血压低于对照组，总有效率、正确用药和依从用药的比例高于对照组，副作用少于对照组，P＜0.05。结论常规药物联合药学服务干预对于 2 型糖尿病合并高血压的治疗效果确切，可提高正确用药和依从用药的比例，保障效果和安全性。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the value of pharmaceutical care intervention in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods a total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected. The digital table was randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine drug treatment, and the observation group added pharmaceutical care intervention on this basis. The blood glucose, blood pressure, total effective rate, the proportion of correct medication and compliance, and side effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the blood glucose and blood pressure of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the total effective rate, the proportion of correct medication and compliance were higher than those in the control group, and the side effects were less than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion conventional drugs combined with pharmaceutical care intervention has a definite therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension, which can improve the proportion of correct and compliant medication, and ensure the effect and safety.
