摘要
探究阶段性专科护理带教方法在肿瘤科临床教学中的应用价值。方法 随机选取于2020年5月至2022年5月在我院肿瘤科进的共110名实习生作为本次研究对象,平均分成实验组和参照组,对比两组实习生理论知识和技术操作成绩、临床带教效果及带教情况满意度等。结果 实验组实习生的理论知识和技术操作成绩均显著高于参照组实习生,实验组实习生临床带教优秀率58.18%(32/55)显著高于参照组实习生临床带教优秀率85.45%,参照组和实验组的满意度分别为72.73%和98.18%。结论 在肿瘤科临床教学过程中应用阶段性专科护理带教方法具有较高的临床使用价值,不仅可以显著提升教学成果,对提高实习生带教满意度也有一定的促进作用,值得在今后的临床教学过程中大力推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of phased specialized nursing teaching method in clinical teaching of oncology department. Methods: A total of 110 interns in the department of Oncology of our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly selected as the objects of this study. They were equally divided into experimental group and reference group, and the theoretical knowledge and technical operation performance, clinical teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of interns in the two groups were compared. Results: The theoretical knowledge and technical performance of interns in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the reference group. The clinical teaching excellence rate of interns in the experimental group was 58.18%(32/55), which was significantly higher than that in the reference group (85.45%). The satisfaction of the reference group and the experimental group were 72.73% and 98.18%, respectively. Conclusion: The application of phased specialized nursing teaching method in the clinical teaching of oncology has high clinical application value, which can not only significantly improve the teaching results, but also promote the satisfaction of interns in teaching, which is worth vigorously promoting in the future clinical teaching process.
