Objective To explore the effect of whole process seamless nursing intervention on patients in operating room. Methods the researchers selected a total of 60 patients in the operating room from February 2021 to April 2022, and randomly divided them into the study group and the control group, with an average of 30 patients in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results the study group had lower intraoperative time and bleeding volume, shorter postoperative exhaust, out of bed activity time and total length of hospitalization, P < 0.05; Compared with the control group, the mood of the patients in the study group was more stable, and the SAS and SDS scores were lower after the whole seamless nursing, with a p value of less than 0.05; The postoperative vital signs of patients in the study group were more stable than those in the control group, P < 0.05; The total number of postoperative complications in the study group was only 1, significantly lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion with the application of seamless nursing in the whole process, the operation time and intraoperative bleeding of patients in the operating room are significantly reduced, the treatment comfort is improved, and the bad mood is relieved.
