| 摘要 |
探究对行腋臭整形术后采取延续性护理措施干预对患者术后满意度的护理体会。方法 选取114例行腋臭整形术干预的患者，选用平行信封抽签法分组，分别采用延续性护理（实验组，n=57）及常规干预（对照组，n=57）开展临床护理，分析护理效果。结果 与对照组比较，实验组患者满意度显著高于对照组，实验组术后并发症发生概率显著低于对照组，差异显著，P＜0.05，实验组术后生活质量显著更优，差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 对腋臭整形术干预的患者采取延续性护理方式干预，可促进患者满意程度的提升，降低手术后并发症发生率，促进患者手术后生活质量的增长。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing experience of continuous nursing intervention on patients satisfaction after axillary osmidrosis plastic surgery. Methods: 114 patients who underwent axillary osmidrosis plastic surgery intervention were divided into groups by parallel envelope lottery. Continuous nursing(experimental group, n=57)and routine intervention(control group, n=57)were used to carry out clinical nursing respectively, and the nursing effect was analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the postoperative quality of life in the experimental group was significantly better(P<0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing intervention for patients with axillary osmidrosis plastic surgery can promote the improvement of patients satisfaction, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the growth of patients quality of life after operation.
