摘要
1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)是由于自身免疫导致β细胞的损伤及破坏,最终引起内源性胰岛素绝对缺乏的一种自身免疫性疾病。虽然胰腺或胰岛移植可重建T1DM患者的正常血糖调节机制,但却存在供体短缺、移植相关并发症发生等问题。而间充质干细胞的再生及免疫调节等特性,对于T1DM的治疗提供了一种全新的方案。本综述主要从T1DM的可能发病机制出发,探讨间充质干细胞治疗T1DM的主要作用机制。
Abstract
Type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) is an autoimmune disease caused by autoimmune damage and destruction of the β-cell, which ultimately leads to the absolute absence of endogenous insulin. At present, the first-line treatment is insulin replacement therapy supplemented with exogenous insulin, but it can not prevent the occurrence of related complications. Although pancreas or islet transplantation can reconstruct the normal blood glucose regulation mechanism in T1DM patients, there are some problems, such as donor shortage, transplantation related complications and so on. The regeneration and immune regulation of mesenchymal stem cells provide a new scheme for the treatment of T1DM. This review mainly discusses the main mechanism of mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of T1DM.
