摘要
主缸作为液力制动系统的心脏,是一个非常关键的安全件,阳极氧化是为了增加其耐磨和耐蚀性,但是阳极氧化的不恰当和不受控的过程,会导致漏油等严重的后果。每个过程环节中的过酸、过碱,都可能使主缸的基材受到腐蚀,而影响氧化膜的生成和质量。导电性和清洗是氧化膜生成的重要控制细节。氧化的各项参数如电流大小、硫酸浓度、铝离子含量会对膜层厚度和粗糙度起着重要的影响,而膜层厚度和粗糙度是阳极氧化过程重要的质量指标。因此研究阳极氧化过程中的各影响因素对于开发稳定的氧化过程有着重要意义。
Abstract
as the heart of the hydraulic brake system, the master cylinder is a very important safety part. Anodizing is to increase its wear resistance and corrosion resistance. However, improper and uncontrolled anodizing process will lead to serious consequences such as oil leakage. Excessive acid and alkali in each process link may corrode the base material of the master cylinder and affect the formation and quality of the oxide film. Conductivity and cleaning are important control details of oxide film formation. The oxidation parameters such as current, sulfuric acid concentration and aluminum ion content will have an important impact on the thickness and roughness of the film, and the thickness and roughness of the film are important quality indicators of the anodic oxidation process. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the influencing factors in the anodic oxidation process for developing a stable oxidation process.
