循证护理在缺血性脑卒中介入术护理中的效果

摘要	目的：探讨循证护理在缺血性脑卒中介入术护理中的效果。方法：将我院 2021 年 6 月~2022 年 6 月 48 例缺血性脑卒中介入术患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施常规护理联合循证护理。比较两组护理前后神经功能缺损评分、焦虑自评量表评分、护理满意度、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果：实验组神经功能缺损评分、焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：缺血性脑卒中介入术患者实施常规护理联合循证护理效果确切，可减轻患者焦虑和神经功能损害，减少并发症，缩短住院时间和提高满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in interventional nursing of ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 48 patients with ischemic stroke who underwent interventional operation in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given routine nursing combined with evidence-based nursing. Neurological deficit score, self-rating anxiety scale score, nursing satisfaction, length of stay and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The score of neurological deficit and anxiety self-rating scale in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, and complication rate was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Routine nursing combined with evidence-based nursing is effective in patients with ischemic stroke intervention, which can reduce anxiety and neurological impairment, reduce complications, shorten hospital stay and improve satisfaction.
