摘要	分析心理护理在妊高症患者护理中对心理状况的影响效果。方法对我院2021年1月-2021年12月期间收治的妊高症患者120例采用随机数字法进行分组，对照组和实验组各60例，对照组接受常规护理干预，实验组在对照组基础上联合心理护理，对比分析应用效果。结果本研究中实验组患者血压水平以及心理状态改善均优于对照组，新生儿的情况也优于对照组，且并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对妊高症患者采用心理护理干预能够有效缓解患者的不良情绪，使其对妊高症有正确的了解，可以积极的配合医护人员进行高效的自我管理，提高母婴的健康程度。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on the psychological status of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods: 120 patients with PIH admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The application effects were compared and analyzed. Results: in this study, the improvement of blood pressure level and psychological state in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the situation of newborns was also better than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: psychological nursing intervention for patients with pregnancy induced hypertension can effectively alleviate their bad emotions, make them have a correct understanding of pregnancy induced hypertension, actively cooperate with medical staff to carry out efficient self-management, and improve the health of mothers and infants.
