| 摘要 |
探究高龄孕产妇实施孕期保健护理的影响。方法 研究人员选取时间2021年1月到2022年4月，共选取研究产妇60例，使用统计学随机法分成观察组，予产前保健护理，对照组，予常规孕期护理，每组产妇各30人，比对组间护理效果，包括产妇并发症和妊娠结局。结果 观察组研究过程中并发症出现例数和占比均更低，（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇剖宫产率和新生儿不良结局总发生率均低于对照组，组间研究数据对比存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对高危妊娠产妇，产前需要实施保健护理，对纠正产妇传统错误思想、提高孕期保健认知水平和依从性具有重要意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of implementing health care during pregnancy for elderly pregnant women. Methods the researchers selected 60 pregnant women from January 2021 to April 2022. They were randomly divided into observation group, antenatal care group, control group and routine pregnancy care group. There were 30 pregnant women in each group. The nursing effects between groups were compared, inclu- ding maternal complications and pregnancy outcomes. Results the number and proportion of complications in the observation group were lower (P<0.05); The cesarean section rate and the total incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the comparison of research data between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion for high-risk pregnant women, prenatal health care needs to be implemented, which is of great significance to correct the traditional wrong ideas of pregnant women and improve the cognitive level and compliance of pregnancy health care.
