Medical students in the new era not only need to have professional medical knowledge, but also need to have high professional quality of doctors. To strengthen the all-round quality education of medical students, we must establish an all-round education system to help cultivate high-quality medical talents. For this reason, our hospital has established Boyue Academy in 2019, and has carried out a comprehensive and systematic exploration of the reform of physician professionalism training based on the "Dual-Hospital System" model for the exploration and practice of high-quality applied clinical medical personnel training" project. Student associations play an important role in promoting the improvement of students comprehensive quality and enriching campus culture, and play a more active role in the context of the "dual-hospital system". However, in the current construction of associations, there are problems that hinder their healthy development. The countermeasures of community construction have become an urgent problem that needs to be solved at present.
