摘要	探讨双J管预扩张对输尿管软镜钬激光碎石的疗效。方法将2021年1月-2022年4月我院收治的118例肾结石患者随机分为对照组和实验组，分别接受输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术以及双J管预扩张输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术，分析应用效果。结果实验组治疗效果优于对照组，且临床指标改善时间短于对照组，对比并发症发生率，实验组低于对照组，并且实验组患者生活质量的改善效果优于对照组，P＜0.05。但是对比结石寻及率以及一次性碎石成功率，实验组高于对照组，但是组间对比无统计学意义，P＞0.05。结论双J管预扩张的应用能够显著提高患者治疗期间的一次性入镜成功率，促使手术的顺利完成，患者的碎石成功率更高，患者的生活质量得到良好的改善。
Abstract	Objective: To investigate the effect of double-J tube pre expansion on ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods: from January 2021 to April 2022, 118 patients with renal calculi in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. They received ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and double J-tube pre dilated ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy respectively, and the application effects were analyzed. Results: the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the improvement time of clinical indexes was shorter than that of the control group. Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications was lower in the experimental group, and the improvement effect of the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). However, compared with the stone finding rate and the success rate of one-time lithotripsy, the experimental group was higher than the control group, but the comparison between the groups was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the application of double-J tube pre expansion can significantly improve the success rate of one-time endoscopic access during the treatment period, promote the successful completion of the operation, the success rate of lithotripsy is higher, and the quality of life of patients is improved.
