摘要	分析围术期综合护理对主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者术后并发症及生存质量的影响。方法选取2021年3月－2022年3月在我院进行手术治疗的60例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组30例。结果研究组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组；生存质量评分高于对照组；护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者在围术期实施综合护理效果显著，可降低患者并发症发生率，提高患者的生存质量，促使护理满意度提高。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on postoperative complications and quality of life of patients with aortic dissection aneurysm. Methods: 60 patients with aortic dissection aneurysm who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. Results: the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group; The quality of life score was higher than that of the control group; The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the comprehensive nursing of patients with aortic dissection aneurysm during the perioperative period has a significant effect, which can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
