| 摘要 |
新时代高职院校基层党组织建设在不断向前发展。伴随着当前国家改革的不断深入和社会结构的调整，在当前的“党建+”模式下，高职院校基层党建工作也需要呈现出崭新的特征——不断努力抓好并解决好高职院校基层党组织自身的建设创新问题，可以说，这是新形势下党赋予各级高职院校基层党组织的重要任务。本文首先分析高职院校基层党组织建设的重要意义，进而就基于“党建+”模式的高职院校基层党组织建设创新路径进行研究。

| Abstract |
The construction of grassroots party organizations in higher vocational colleges in the new era is developing continuously. Along with the deepening of the reform of the current state and social structure adjustment, in the current "party +" mode, the grassroots party construction in higher vocational colleges need to present a new feature of continuous efforts pays special attention to and solved in higher vocational colleges grass-root party construction innovation itself, can say, this is the party under the new situation of the important tasks of all levels of party organizations at the grass-roots level in higher vocational colleges. This paper first analyzes the significance of grassroots party organization construction in higher vocational colleges, and then studies the innovative path of grassroots Party organization construction in higher vocational colleges based on the model of "Party building +".
