总结一例纤维支气管镜下行外源性类脂性肺炎肺泡灌洗术的护理，全面评估患者病情，简述局麻气管镜术前评估，健康教育，术中配合及术后的护理，医、护、患密切有效的配合，经过三次肺泡灌洗术，症状缓解出院。

| Abstract |
To summarize the nursing of a case of bronchoalveolar lavage with exogenous lipoid pneumonia under fiberoptic bronchoscopy, comprehensively evaluate the patient’s condition, briefly describe the preoperative evaluation of local anesthesia bronchoscopy, health education, intraoperative cooperation and postoperative nursing, medical After three bronchoalveolar lavage operations, the symptoms were relieved and discharged.
