摘要	为腰椎间盘突出症患者提供一定的临床参考资料与理论依据。方法针灸、理疗、康复护理，提高患者生活质量、促进患者康复、降低不良反应发生率结果患者通过护理干预后，其诊疗效果明显提高，临床症状有改善，生活质量有显著提升，未出现其他不良反应。结论针灸理疗安全、方便、合理、简单、价廉、安全性高且疗效确切，值得向临床广泛推广。
Abstract	Objective To provide some clinical reference materials and theoretical basis for patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Acupuncture, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation nursing improve the quality of life of patients, promote their recovery, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Results After nursing intervention, the patients diagnosis and treatment effect was significantly improved, the clinical symptoms were improved, and the quality of life was significantly improved, and no other adverse events occurred. reaction. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion physiotherapy is safe, convenient, reasonable, simple, inexpensive, safe and effective, and is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
