Objective To explore the clinical application value of continuous nursing service concept in the treatment of breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 52 breast cancer patients admitted to a hospital from May 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random table, they were divided into the control group (n=25, routine clinical nursing) and the observation group (n=27, continuous nursing). The negative emotion score and quality of life of patients in the two groups under different nursing modes were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the observation group was slightly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before operation (P>0.05). After operation, there were significant differences in the quality of life scores between the two groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.001). Conclusions In the clinical treatment of breast cancer patients, the implementation of continuous nursing can significantly improve patients anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, improve their quality of life, and has very important practical significance to promote the prognosis of patients.
