品管圈活动在手足外科手术室护理中的应用

摘要	分析品管圈活动用于手足外科患者手术室护理内的效果。方法从2020年1月-2022年1月院内手足外科收治的患者内选择76例研究，根据干预形式分组，即实验组与对照组，各38例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组接受品管圈护理，对比干预效果。结果干预前，实验组焦虑评分、抑郁评分高于对照组，P＞0.05。干预后，实验组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组生活质量均显著高于对照组的各项评分，对比发现P＜0.05。实验组总满意度为97.37%。对照组总满意度为81.58%，对比发现P＜0.05。护理后，实验组疼痛评分优于对照组P＜0.05。结论将品管圈活动用于手足外科患者手术室护理内，可以提升满意度、生活质量，改善疼痛以及焦虑抑郁情绪。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effect of quality control circle activity in operating room nursing of patients with hand and foot surgery. Methods: from January 2020 to January 2022, 76 patients in hand and foot surgery were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received quality control circle nursing. The intervention effects were compared. Results: before intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.37%. The total satisfaction of the control group was 81.58%, P < 0.05. After nursing, the pain score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: using quality control circle activities in the operating room nursing of patients with hand and foot surgery can improve satisfaction, quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve pain, anxiety and depression.
