Objective: To analyze the effect of perioperative psychological nursing intervention on patients with renal tumor. Methods: 80 patients with renal tumors treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected. Due to the difference of nursing methods, 40 cases were divided into study group and routine group. The routine group received routine nursing, and the study group received psychological nursing intervention. The psychological status, nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results: the SAS score and SDS score before nursing were compared between the two groups (P > 0.05); The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were compared. The study group was lower than the routine group (P < 0.05); The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 97.50%, and that of patients in the routine group was 85.00%. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the routine group (P < 0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups before nursing were compared P>0.05; the quality of life scores of the patients in the study group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: psychological nursing intervention for renal tumor patients can not only improve the negative psychology of patients and improve the treatment effect, but also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinic.
