| 摘要 |
近年来，互联网犯罪持续高发，呈现出以网络作为空间化、犯罪职业化的特点。其原因是犯罪门槛降低、社会转型造成部分人失业与网络亚文化的产生。对于网络犯罪的防控，要加强网络社区的规则体系建设；建设智慧警务，提高破案能力；做好失业人员的就业保障；党与政府要在舆论宣传中敢于作为，宣传正能量。

| Abstract |
In recent years, cybercrime has continued to be high, showing the characteristics of using the network as a spatialization and professionalization of crime. The reasons for this are the lowering of the crime threshold, social transformation resulting in the unemployment of some people and the creation of network sub- culture. For the prevention and control of cybercrime, we should strengthen the rule system of online communities; build intelligent police, improve the ability to solve crimes, and do a good job of employment security for unemployed people; the party and government should dare to act in public opinion propaganda and promote a positive culture.
