摘要	研究腕管综合征切开松解术后的护理效果。方法选择2021年1月到2022年1月到本院治疗腕管综合征切开松解术患者73例作为观察对象，按照不同的护理方式，分作实验组和对照组，分析护理效果。结果实验组总满意度36/37（97.30%）高于对照组27/36（75.00%），P＜0.05；实验组生活质量高于对照组，P＜0.05；护理后，实验组GSS评分明显低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论运用全面护理服务对接受腕管综合征切开松解术患者进行干预，可显著改善患生活质量和症状评分，提升护理满意度，可运用。
Abstract	Objective To study the nursing effect of carpal tunnel syndrome after incision and relaxation. Methods: 100 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as observation objects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into experimental group and control group to analyze the nursing effect. Results the total satisfaction of 48 (96.00%) in the experimental group was higher than that of 42 (84.00%) in the control group (P < 0.05); The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); After nursing, the GSS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing service can significantly improve the quality of life and symptom score of patients undergoing carpal tunnel syndrome incision and release, and improve the nursing satisfaction.
