摘要
分析小儿重症肺炎护理中采用综合护理干预的应用价值。方法 选择我院2021.01-2022.01期间收诊的小儿重症肺炎者作为研究对象,共计60名基于回顾统计背景建立随机分组法,分出常规组、实验组每组各30名。常规组中应用常规护理干预,实验组中应用综合护理干预,措施差异整理对比两组间对象护理前后生活质量评分、肺功能指标。结果 护理前,两组对比生活质量评分未见差异性,P>0.05。护理后,相较常规组,实验组生活质量评分更高,P<0.05。相较常规组,实验组肺功能指标更优,P<0.05。结论 小儿重症肺炎者接受综合护理干预后病理症状有明显改善,可保证其预后良好提高生活质量,建议普及
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with severe pneumonia. Methods: 60 children with severe pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. Based on the retrospective statistical background, a random grouping method was established, and they were divided into routine group and experimental group, with 30 in each group. Routine nursing intervention was applied in the routine group and comprehensive nursing intervention was applied in the experimental group. Quality of life score and lung function index before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: before nursing, there was no difference in the score of quality of life between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, Compared with the routine group, the score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the indexes of pulmonary function in the experimental group were better (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the pathological symptoms of children with severe pneumonia have been significantly improved after comprehensive nursing intervention, which can ensure a good prognosis and improve the quality of life. It is suggested to popularize it.
