护理应急预案联合责任制护理模式在产科高危患者抢救中的应用

摘要	探究分析护理应急预案联合责任制护理模式在产科高危患者抢救中的应用。方法选取于2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的产科高危患者700例，作为本次研究对象，按照电脑盲选的方式，将700例患者随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组采用常规护理；观察组采用护理应急预案联合责任制护理。对比分析两组的护理满意度、患者对疾病知识掌握度、患者焦虑抑郁评分。结果观察组明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论护理应急预案联合责任制护理模式应用于产科高危患者抢救中，能有效提高患者的护理满意度、对疾病知识的掌握度以及患者，同时能显著改善患者焦虑抑郁评分，在临床应用中具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application of the nursing emergency plan joint responsibility system nursing model in the rescue of high-risk obstetric patients. Methods: From January 2021 to January 2022, 700 high-risk obstetric patients were selected as the subjects of this study, and 700 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the method of blind selection by computer, and the control group adopted routine nursing; the observation group adopted nursing emergency plan combined responsibility system nursing. The nursing satisfaction, patients knowledge of the disease, and patients anxiety and depression scores were compared and analyzed. Results: The observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing emergency plan combined responsibility care model is applied to the rescue of high-risk obstetric patients, which can effectively improve the patients nursing satisfaction, mastery of disease knowledge and patients, and significantly improve the patients anxiety and depression score, which has excellent effect in clinical application and is worth promoting and applying.
