摘要	探讨老年缺血性脑卒中护理中朝早期康复护理的应用效果。方法以2017年4月至2020年7月间我院收入的80例老年缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象，将其随机均分为研究组40例与参照组40例，参照组患者采用常规护理，研究组采用超早期康复护理，对比两组的临床护理效果。结果经过对比分析，研究组患者的生活活动能力评分显著优于参照组，且差异符合统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对老年缺血性脑卒中患者患者采取朝早期康复护理的效果显著，可促进患者恢复，改善患者的生活活动能力，值得在临床上大力推广。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: A total of 80 elderly patients with ischemic stroke who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into a study group of 40 cases and a reference group of 40 cases. Routine nursing, the research group adopted ultra-early rehabilitation nursing, and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: After comparative analysis, the scores of life activity ability of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of early rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with ischemic stroke is remarkable, which can promote the recovery of patients and improve the life activities of patients, which is worthy of vigorous promotion in clinical practice.
