脐灸调理脾胃不和的疗效观察

摘要	研究脾胃不和采取脐灸调理产生的临床效果。方法选择我院2020年7月到2021年7月接收的30例脾胃不和患者为研究对象，将其采取脐灸粉调理，分析治疗前、后症状积分，治疗前、后生活质量以及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后患者症状积分明显降低，治疗后患者生活水平明显增高，（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。治疗总有效率较高，治疗总有效率高达93.33%。患者治疗后皮肤瘙痒1例、皮肤红肿1例、未发生皮肤烫伤情况。1例皮肤瘙痒、1例皮肤红肿患者处理后已恢复。结论脐灸调理脾胃不和能够加快症状消失，增强治疗效果，改善生活水平，值得临床重视。
Abstract	Objective: To study the clinical effect of spleen and stomach and cord moxibustion. Methods: Select 30 patients with spleen and stomach disharmony from July 2020 to July 2021 in our hospital as the research subjects to regulate umbilical moxibustion powder, analyze the symptom points before and after treatment, the quality of life before and after treatment and the overall efficiency of treatment. Results: The living standard was significantly lower after treatment, (P <0.05).The total treatment response rate was high, and it was as high as 93.33%.After treatment, one patient had skin itching, one skin redness and swelling, and no skin scald occurred.One patient with itchy skin and one skin redness has recovered after treatment. Conclusion: The incompatibility of spleen and stomach can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms, enhance the treatment effect and improve the living standard.
