| 摘要 |
观察优质护理在新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎中的作用。方法 将我院采用呼吸机进行辅助治疗的110例新生儿进行随机分组，上述患儿的入院时间为2019年1月-2021年1月，对照组、实验组各55例，对照组患儿接受常规护理，实验组患儿接受优质护理干预，对比应用效果。结果 实验组患儿家属护理满意度高于对照组，且呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 优质护理的应用能够降低新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率，提高患儿治疗期间的舒适度和安全性，降低患儿的躁动情绪。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing in neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods 110 newborns who were treated with ventilator in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The admission time of the above-mentioned children was from January 2019 to January 2021. There were 55 cases in the control group and the experimental group respectively. The children in the control group received routine nursing, and the children in the experimental group received high-quality nursing intervention. The application effects were compared. Results the nursing satisfaction of family members in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of high-quality nursing can reduce the incidence of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia, improve the comfort and safety of children during treatment, and reduce their restlessness.
