| 摘要 |
分析舒适护理干预对股骨颈骨折护理中对生活质量的影响。方法 选择2019年1月至2020年12月我院骨科收治的80例股骨颈骨折患者作为调查对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予舒适护理，对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者生活质量与护理满意度明显优于对照组患者，P＜0.05差异有统计学意义。结论 在股骨颈骨折临床护理中采用舒适护理干预效果良好，能够有效改善患者生活质量，提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of comfort nursing intervention on the quality of life in the nursing of femoral neck fracture. Methods 80 cases of patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the investigation objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care, and patients in the observation group were given comfort care, and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The quality of life and nursing satisfaction in observation group were significantly better than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of comfort nursing intervention in clinical nursing of femoral neck fracture has a good effect, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, improve nursing satisfaction.
