摘要	探讨针对性护理在脑卒中中的效果。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年1月80例脑卒中患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施针对性护理。比较两组护理前后神经功能缺损得分、汉密尔顿抑郁评分、满意度、住院时间、后遗症发生率。结果实验组神经功能缺损得分、汉密尔顿抑郁评分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，后遗症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论脑卒中患者实施针对性护理效果确切，可有效减轻患者抑郁情绪和减轻神经损害，减少后遗症，缩短住院时间，提高满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing in stroke. Methods 80 stroke patients in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given targeted nursing. The neurological deficit score, Hamilton depression score, satisfaction, length of stay and incidence of sequelae were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results the neurological deficit score and Hamilton depression score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, and the incidence of sequelae was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion targeted nursing care for stroke patients has a definite effect, which can effectively reduce depression and nerve damage, reduce sequelae, shorten hospitalization time and improve satisfaction.
