| 摘要 |
分析亚低温护理用于重症颅脑外伤患者护理中的临床效果及对神经功能的影响。方法 入组本院2020年1月-2020年12月收治的重症颅脑外伤患者共100例，随机分组，对照组常规护理护理，观察组加亚低温护理。比较两组护理前后患者神经功能缺损程度评分、治疗效果。结果 观察组护理后患者神经功能缺损程度评分、治疗效果均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 亚低温护理联合常规护理对于重症颅脑外伤的效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of mild hypothermia nursing in the nursing of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma and its influence on neurological function. Methods: A total of 100 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group received mild hypothermia nursing. The scores of neurological deficit and the treatment effect were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: After nursing, the scores of neurological deficit and the treatment effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The effect of mild hypothermia nursing combined with routine nursing on severe craniocerebral trauma is exact.
