综合护理对急性心肌梗死患者介入治疗时的临床疗效

摘要	分析急性心肌梗死患者在进行介入治疗时将综合护理干预展开运用的作用。方法结合对比护理评估的方式展开分析，选入在2021年2月至2022年6月所接诊患者中的60例为对象，随机进行1至60编号，任意选取其中的30例，在介入治疗时进行常规护理，作为对照组，在对剩下患者进行护理时则将综合护理进行运用，作为观察组。分析干预效果。结果结合对两组在治疗过程中的心理状态、护理满意度以及生活质量对比，观察组都存在优势，P<0.05。结论急性心肌梗死患者在进行介入治疗的过程中将综合护理干预进行运用，可以对患者在治疗过程中的心理状态进行改善，并提升患者的生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with acute myocardial infarction during interventional therapy. Methods the analysis was carried out in combination with the comparative nursing evaluation. 60 patients were selected from the patients received from February 2021 to June 2022, and randomly numbered from 1 to 60. 30 of them were randomly selected for routine nursing during inter- ventional therapy as the control group, and comprehensive nursing was used as the observation group for the rest of the patients. Analyze the effect of intervention. Results Combined with the comparison of psychological state, nursing satisfaction and quality of life between the two groups during the treatment, the observation group had advantages (P<0.05). Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients with acute myocardial infarction and improve their quality of life.
