肝硬化护理中开展PBL健康教育模式对患者负向情绪改善的临床效果观察

摘要
观察在肝硬化护理中开展PBL健康教育模式对患者负向情绪改善的效果。方法 调取我院2019年10月-2021年10月收治的肝硬化患者42例为对象,经随机交替法分为对照组(n=21、行常规护理)和观察组(n=21、增加开展PBL健康教育模式),比两种护理方法对正性与负性情绪评分量表(PANAS)、健康知识及遵医行为评分的影响。结果 两组PANAS量表中负性情绪评分较护理前降低、正性情绪评分较护理前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组的健康知识及遵医行为评分较护理前升高、且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在肝硬化患者展开临床护理工作中,PBL健康教育模式的应用有助于负向情绪的改善,提高患者的健康意识,对身心健康具有促进作用。
Abstract
Objective to observe the effect of PBL health education mode on the improvement of patients negative emotions in the nursing of liver cirrhosis. Methods 42 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were randomly divided into the control group (n=21, routine nursing) and the observation group (n=21, increased PBL health education mode) to compare the effects of the two nursing methods on the positive and negative emotional rating scale (Panas), health knowledge and medical compliance behavior. Results the scores of negative emotion and positive emotion in Panas scale of the two groups were lower and higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05); The scores of health knowledge and medical compliance in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion in the clinical nursing of patients with liver cirrhosis, the application of PBL health education model can help to improve negative emotions, improve the health awareness of patients, and promote physical and mental health.
