人性化护理在宫颈炎护理中的应用

摘要	本文探究在宫颈炎患者中实施以人性化为基础的护理，对患者提高临床治疗效果的价值。方法入组样本为2021年2月-2022年2月在我院进行治疗的699例宫颈炎患者，对比两组患者治疗依从性、护理满意度和生活质量评分。结果传统护理组的护理满意度占比81.95%，治疗依从率为83.38%，人性化护理组满意度占比94.00%，治疗依从率为92.29%；在生活质量评分上传统护理组明显低于人性化护理组，P＜0.05，说明存在对比性。结论在宫颈炎患者中实施以人性化理念为基础的护理，患者对护理效果满意度和治疗依从性以及生活质量的评分非常高，说明人性化护理有良好促进宫颈炎患者的康复速率的效果，值得将其科学利用并广泛推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the value of humanized nursing in cervicitis patients to improve the clinical treatment effect. Methods 699 patients with cervicitis treated in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were enrolled. The treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results in the traditional nursing group, the nursing satisfaction rate was 81.95%, the treatment comp- liance rate was 83.38%, and in the humanized nursing group, the satisfaction rate was 94.00%, and the treatment compliance rate was 92.29%; The score of quality of life in the traditional nursing group was significantly lower than that in the humanized nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion the nursing based on humanized concept is implemented in patients with cervicitis. The patients satisfaction with nursing effect, treatment compliance and quality of life are very high, indicating that humanized nursing has a good effect on promoting the rehabilitation rate of patients with cervicitis, which is worthy of scientific utilization and wide promotion.
