Objective To explore the effect of sleep nursing on patients with schizophrenia. Methods the researchers selected 60 patients from April 2021 to may 2022, and randomly divided them into study group and control group, with 30 people in each group. The control group was only given routine mental disease care, and the study group was given sleep care on the basis of it. The improvement effects of sleep disorders in the two groups were compared. Results the scores of sleep indexes in the study group were lower, and the sleep quality of patients was better, P < 0.05; The schizophrenic symptom scores of patients before nursing were similar, and the symptom scores of patients in the study group after nursing were lower, P < 0.05; The HAMD score of patients in the study group decreased significantly after nursing, and the blood pressure index was closer to the normal value, P < 0.05; The total compliance of patients in the study group was higher, P < 0.05. Conclusion the application of special sleep nursing during the hospitalization of schizophrenic patients can significantly improve their schizophrenic symptoms and sleep conditions, which is worthy of clinical active promotion.
