Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods select the patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021, and select the first 100 patients according to the treatment time for observation and research. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group used routine nursing methods and the observation group used evidence-based nursing intervention. The incidence of complications, patients satisfaction with nursing, SAS (self rating Anxiety Scale), SDS (self rating Depression Scale), total effective rate of nursing and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The patients satisfaction score, quality of life score, and total nursing effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: compared with routine nursing, evidence-based nursing can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce their bad mood, reduce the incidence of complications, and thus improve their satisfaction with nursing. It is worth popularizing and using in clinical practice.
